Welcome, my name is Marina and I am the founder and sole provider of Rooted In Resilience LLC. I became a therapist because I deeply believe in people's capacity to heal and tap into their most authentic selves. I've experienced first hand what happens when someone finally feels understood, maybe for the first time in a long while.
I have worked alongside many people navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, I bring real clinical depth to our work. I strive to provide a grounded, no-nonsense presence, and a sense of humor for the right time and place. Healing is serous work, but that doesn't mean we can't laugh a little along the way. Laughter IS healing.
Being a solo practice is intentional. It means consistency, continuity, and my full attention. The therapeutic relationship that we foster will be a crucial part of our work together. You are not on this journey alone.
