Self-Pay

  • Intake Sessions - $175

  • 60-minute Individual Sessions - $150

  • 90-minute Individual Sessions - $200

If you prefer not to use insurance, self-pay gives you more flexibility in how we work together. Insurance companies typically require a diagnosis and may limit the number of sessions they cover. With self-pay, you and I decide what support looks like based on your needs. I believe therapy is for everyone, and you do not need a diagnosis to receive support.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. I offer clients one last minute cancellation freebie as I understand things outside of our control happen. You will be charged the full session rate for any missed scheduled appointments without notice after the one freebie has been applied.

Insurance

In-Network

  • Aetna

  • Anthem (Through Carelon Behavioral Health)

  • UMR (Through Optum)

  • UnitedHealthcare (Through Optum)

Out-of-Network

Many clients are still able to get a portion of their cost reimbursed if their plan has out-of-network benefits. You pay my full session fee at the time of service, and I provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Contact your insurance company with any questions about out-of-network eligibility.

Modalities

No single approach fits everyone. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, weaving them together to fit your needs as they change.

Person-Centered

You are the expert in your life and we are on this journey together. I offer warmth, empathy, and genuine acceptance for where you are at.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns that drive difficult emotions and behaviors. I will help you develop practical, skill-based tools to create lasting change.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Together, we will develop skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and navigating relationships.

Brainspotting

A brain-body approach that uses eye positions to access and process trauma and other various stressors held below conscious awareness, helping you release what talk alone can't reach.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

The mind is made up of different "parts," each with their own role and story. This approach will help you access your core self to bring healing, balance, and compassionate leadership to all of the other parts. All parts are welcome.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Make peace with difficult thoughts and feelings while taking meaningful action guided by your values.
